Q. Where do I put the package box to be used by my delivery drivers?
You can either stand your package box on the ground, away from standing water, or mount to the side of the house or wall utilizing mounting instructions provided with the product. If standing on ground, ensure that the box is placed under an eave or protected area and away from where water will collect.
Q. How do I install the package box on the wall of my home?
It’s easy! This package box must first be assembled. We recommend you watch our Assembly Video which will walk you through a step-by-step process. Then, it can be installed on a variety of wall surfaces using our easy-mount hanger installation system. Mounting hardware and easy-to-follow instructions come with the product. A few holes will need to be drilled, but this mailbox is easily hung on the wall similarly to how you would hang a picture or a painting.
Q. Can I get a replacement key if I lose mine?
Each mailbox & package box lock comes with a unique identification code to your specific box. If you lose your key, just send us an email to hello@adoorn.com to order a replacement.
Q. Can I use the package box with any carrier (USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc.)?
Yes! Our package boxes abide by USPS regulations & can be used by all delivery services. You can also include delivery instructions for UPS, Amazon & FedEx to place deliveries in your mailbox.
